Delivery & Vehicle Collection Policy

Effective Date: 4 August 2026

Car Rental JB Sentral offers vehicle delivery and collection services to provide greater convenience for our customers.

Delivery Coverage

Vehicle delivery and collection are available within Johor Bahru and selected surrounding areas, subject to availability.

Delivery Charges

  • Within 10 KM: RM10 per trip.
  • Beyond 10 KM: RM1.50 per kilometre.

After-Hours Service

An additional RM15 per trip applies for deliveries or collections:

  • Before 8:00 AM
  • After 5:00 PM

Vehicle Collection Requirements

Before collecting the vehicle, customers must present:

  • Valid MyKad or Passport.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
  • Supporting identification or address verification documents if requested.

Vehicle Inspection

Customers are required to inspect the vehicle thoroughly before leaving.

Please report any:

  • Existing scratches.
  • Dents.
  • Windscreen chips or cracks.
  • Missing accessories.
  • Interior damage.

Any damage not reported before departure may be considered the responsibility of the renter.

Returning the Vehicle

Vehicles must be returned:

  • On the agreed return date and time.
  • At the agreed return location.
  • In substantially the same condition as when collected, excluding normal wear and tear.

Rental Extension

Rental extensions must be requested before the scheduled return time and are subject to vehicle availability.

Additional rental charges will apply.

Late Return

Late returns may result in additional rental charges according to the rental agreement.

Service Availability

Delivery and collection services are subject to operational availability, weather conditions and traffic situations.

Car Rental JB Sentral reserves the right to modify delivery arrangements when necessary.
